Be sure to follow through and do what you promise to do. Better yet, strive to exceed your customer's expectations. Communicate before, during and after a sale. An insurance policy sale doesn't stop when the declarations page is printed and all of the signatures are applied to the application. On the contrary, it's just the begining That policy and customer need to receive the same care and attention as long as you remain the agent. This goes a long way to build customer loyalty, repeat business and word of mouth referrals. An agent who forgets his customer is also quickly forgotten.
